Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
Effective Date: July 12, 2025
We understand that plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and changes can be made for seasonal condo rentals with Windy Coast Holdings LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your total rental balance.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 75 days prior to check-in. If full payment is not received by this date, your reservation may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
3. Cancellation Policy
We recognize that unexpected situations may arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 
Cancellations made 60+ days before check-in:
Full refund of payments made, less the non-refundable deposit. - 
Cancellations made 30–59 days before check-in:
50% refund of the total rental amount, less the non-refundable deposit. - 
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in:
No refund will be issued. 
4. Early Departure
No refunds will be given for early departure or unused nights once the stay has begun, regardless of the reason.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, weather, flight disruptions, or other unexpected events.
6. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
7. Rescheduling
In some cases, we may allow you to apply your payment toward a future stay if the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances. This is offered at our sole discretion and subject to availability.
8. Force Majeure & Hurricane / Natural Disaster Policy
Applicable events include, but are not limited to:
- 
Government-mandated evacuations
 - 
Named storms or hurricanes threatening Naples (excluded if declared after departure begins)
 - 
Natural disasters or events beyond control rendering the property uninhabitable
 
In such events:
- 
If the stay has not begun, a full refund will be issued.
 - 
If occurring during your stay, you may:
a) Receive a credit toward a future stay of equal value, or
b) Be offered a full refund for unused nights. 
Windy Coast Holdings LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility. We require documentation (e.g., NOAA advisory or evacuation notice). Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
9. Local Ordinances
- 
Guests must adhere to City of Naples noise, parking, and trash disposal rules, and comply with HOA/community regulations. Quiet hours enforced typically 10 PM–7 AM.

Violation of these rules may result in eviction without refund.
